• A good overall knowledge of Scrum and/or Kanban
• Insurance business knowledge
• Good stakeholder management skills and an ability to inspire individuals and teams to change and improve
• Self motivation and willingness to learn and explore new ideas

Desirables

• Insurance domain background
• Professional Certification (minimum PSM1 or equivalent)

• Proactively supports teams to deliver desired Business/Customer outcomes as evidenced through feedback provided by peers/leaders
• Constructive feedback from team members, management, third parties and colleagues
• Facilitate delivery of end-to-end IT change which is particularly complex, uncertain, high value or high risk, requiring high levels of stakeholder management and multiple handoffs to IT or Business teams
