Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other relevant certifications
• Familiarity with Agile tools and software
• Ability to lead and motivate Agile teams

What the job involves

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Support the development team in following Agile practices and principles
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure the team can progress smoothly
• Track team performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
• Foster a collaborative environment and ensure clear communication within the team and with stakeholders
• Provide training and coaching to team members on Agile methodologies
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs and feedback are incorporated
• Maintain relevant project documentation and ensure transparency
