Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in OpenSource SaaS software sales program management or software license compliance
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Background in direct selling of services and subscriptions
  • Familiarity with renewals and consumption-based business models
  • Ability to understand and articulate contract language
  • Experience tracking software or subscription usage
  • Expertise in subscription adherence and entitlement validation
  • Ability to interpret data sets to identify discrepancies
  • Experience creating reviewing and interpreting compliance and entitlement reports
  • Ability to spot and mitigate compliance risks
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong business insight analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Quantitative approach to program management
  • Solid financial and operational understanding of value drivers in OpenSource business models
  • Ability to work effectively with sales partners product management and legal teams

Day to day

  • Work independently to resolve varied and non-routine compliance issues using sound judgment and creative problem-solving.
  • Lead complex subscription compliance challenges and coordinate with team members to complete regional SEAP programs.
  • Partner with sales, legal, and third-party providers to forecast bookings, manage escalations, negotiate terms, and maintain license compliance.
