- At least 5 years of experience in SEO
- Proven leader with strong performance record and growth from team
- Strong communication skills and confidence
- Knowledgeable about Google’s quality rater guidelines
- Track competitive landscape, identify competitor tactics, changes to SERP, and adapt strategy
- Technical SEO expertise with CMS, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager
- Experience with Ahrefs, SEMRush, SEOClarity, Botify, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog

Day to day
- Lead a team of growth marketing analysts and develop short and long-term strategy for Insurance vertical

- Own organic performance, analyze search landscapes, innovate, build custom solutions, and promote content with various tools and channels
