Who you are
- 4+ years of SEO experience
- Technical SEO expertise
- Years of working within an agency environment is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive Excel and Google sheets experience
- Highly proficient in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, Sitebulb, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4
- Exceptional analytical, statistical, and problem solving skills
What the job involves
- Conduct keyword research and create content optimisation briefs for the copywriting team
- Optimise page titles and meta descriptions based on search data
- Create and optimise internal linking documents
- Schedule regular crawls to identify tech issues and implement solutions
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits to find optimisation opportunities
- Provide clear recommendations on SCHEMA optimisations
- Resolve technical SEO issues like broken links and crawl errors
- Monitor page speed and core web vitals
- Create monthly reports in Looker Studio
- Manage 404s across client accounts monthly

Agencies are notorious for taking all the cash & none of the risk. The industry has a stigma for being overpriced & completely removed from the value it promises to create. Whilst “outputs” are always provided, whether or not they drive commercial value is rarely in the minutiae of contractual agreements.
