Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- CPA preferred
- 5-8 years progressive accounting experience with public accounting and SEC reporting exposure
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience researching and documenting technical accounting positions
- Prior experience at a publicly traded company preferred
- Familiarity with disclosure management tools and XBRL a plus
- Experience with NetSuite and FloQast a plus
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote deadline-driven environment
- Ability to facilitate and present in group meetings

Day to day
- Prepare and review SEC filings including 10-Q 10-K 8-K and proxy materials with accurate financial statements footnotes and MD&A
- Research and draft technical accounting memos for complex transactions such as revenue recognition debt and equity classification and other non-routine matters
- Partner across finance legal investor relations and external auditors to support disclosures SOX/ICFR readiness and accounting policy maintenance
