Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in Information Security Governance Risk & Compliance or a similar function
- Proven experience developing and implementing security policies and standards
- Experience supporting security audits and compliance programmes
- Good knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001 SOC 2 PCI-DSS or NIST
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Around 5 years' experience within Information Security or GRC
- Experience working within a fast-paced technology environment
- Exposure to mergers acquisitions or organisational change programmes
- Experience delivering security awareness initiatives
- Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP CISM or CRISC

Day to day
- Develop, review and maintain information security policies standards and guidance
- Drive the implementation of security policies across multiple business functions and improve security maturity
- Support compliance activities audit readiness and evidence collection across internal and external audits
