Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a security engineering role preferably in a cloud-native startup environment
  • Deep experience building or contributing to a Security Operations program using SIEM EDR CNAAP Email Security and SOAR tools
  • Hands-on experience building and tuning threat detections and improving automating runbooks and response actions
  • Experience implementing Zero Trust controls with tools such as Cloudflare IAM architecture and risk or posture-based alerting
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python or Bash to automate security tasks and support detection-as-code or infrastructure-as-code
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to drive new projects with minimal supervision
  • Proactive builder mindset with a focus on improving processes and reducing risk

  • Review, design, and implement security tools across SIEM EDR CNAAP email security and related platforms

  • Strengthen Zero Trust across identity endpoint cloud and network controls while partnering with engineering IT and DevOps teams
