Remote Security GRC Manager Job in UK Nebius AI

Who you are

• 5+ years in cybersecurity: security architecture, processes, GRC
• Manage compliance with multiple frameworks: ISO, SOC, PCI DSS, CSA STAR, HIPAA, etc.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or similar, certifications such as CISSP are a strong plus
• Hands-on experience with building security processes from scratch or managing major changes
• Wide knowledge of modern information technologies, experience with cloud highly desirable
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, and ability to communicate with developers, lawyers, auditors, and business
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with a hands-on approach
• Understand complex issues with context, identify key safeguards, and set priorities

• Streamline security processes and manage cross-team efforts to deliver tangible results
• Lead preparations of products for security certifications, attestations, and regulations compliance
• Drive security risk management across the organization

• Translate market insights and customer needs into security compliance and trust changes
