Who you are

• Bachelor's Degree or currently pursuing in relevant field OR 1+ year experience in software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, modeling, cybersecurity, anomaly detection, SOC detection, threat analytics, SIEM, IT, or operations incident response.
• Experience with programming (Python, .Net, C#, or equivalent).
• Experience in writing tools, automation, and enhancements for services/products.
• Familiarity with PowerShell/Scripting, Windows Services infrastructure.

What the job involves

• Identify and implement automation to improve service health and reliability.
• Automate security protections such as asset patching.
• Design and script service telemetry, alerting, and self-healing capabilities.
• Triage, investigate, and resolve service issues.
• Author functional and technical documentation.
• Communicate with engineering, project management, and operations teams on a technical level.
• Stay current on new technologies and methodologies including Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Deployment.
