Remote Segment Marketing Manager Job in Slough, UK Eaton

Who you are

• Degree in Higher Education
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in a management role
• Proven knowledge in electrical construction, EWS, and Panelbuilder
• Marketing operations and leadership skills including event management, digital marketing, and customer segmentation
• Experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and analytics (PowerBI)
• Understanding of UK construction sector and power distribution solutions
• Team player with consultative, detailed, resilient, and can-do attitude

• Contribute to creating local business strategies for supported segments
• Develop marketing strategies for defined business strategies
• Set up SMART objectives and execute comprehensive marketing plans
• Track and ensure high ROI for segment-specific marketing activities
• Collaborate with local field product managers and sales teams to understand the market and define Eaton value proposition
• Drive implementation of segment strategy through marketing activities
• Define integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
• Develop and localize marketing content and programs targeting focus customer audiences
• Execute campaigns and optimize tactics for highest ROI
• Develop and animate partner programs for key strategic partners
• Support channel marketing activities and event management
