Who you are

  • Proven experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser with a strong track record of achieving sales targets desirable
  • Knowledge of mortgage products lending criteria and the mortgage application process desirable
  • Familiarity with protection products including life insurance critical illness cover and income protection desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities enabling accurate assessments of client needs and mortgage affordability
  • CeMAP or equivalent essential
  • CAS desirable but not essential
  • The ability to pass fit and proper essential

What the job involves

  • Identify customers’ financial needs and advise on the best products that suit their requirements by completing a detailed fact find to gather necessary information for your advice.
  • Ensure clients understand the products and services offered, guiding them through their financial journey.
  • Complete customer interviews by appointments both face to face and on-demand making recommendations that meet client needs and requirements.
  • Look for opportunities to attract new customers and professionals.
  • Utilise the network's vast training and development opportunities to maintain CPD and FCA requirements.
  • Deliver a professional and credible service ensuring your knowledge is always up to date by maintaining regular CPD and competence.
