Proven experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser with a strong track record of achieving sales targets desirable
Knowledge of mortgage products lending criteria and the mortgage application process desirable
Familiarity with protection products including life insurance critical illness cover and income protection desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities enabling accurate assessments of client needs and mortgage affordability
CeMAP or equivalent essential
CAS desirable but not essential

Look for opportunities to attract new customers and professionals.
Utilise the network's vast training and development opportunities to maintain CPD and FCA requirements.
Deliver a professional and credible service ensuring your knowledge is always up to date by maintaining regular CPD and competence.
