What the job involves

• Responsible for the whole 360 recruitment process from sales business development candidate and client management
• Create a candidate persona for each open position
• Conduct confidential interviews and assess capabilities
• Build strong long-term client relationships
• Research and develop recruiting leads
• Identify exceptional candidates using a variety of channels
• Full Profit & Loss Responsibility
• Develop and implement business development strategies locally and nationally
