Who you are
3+ years of ABM/ABX experience or multi-channel B2B growth marketing experience with demonstrated success
Ability to understand account needs and business goals and build tactical marketing plans around those themes
Working knowledge of ABM tools such as Demandbase, Engagio, Terminus, RollWorks, Bombora, 6sense, Looker, etc
Experience with marketing and CRM solutions such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, or Salesforce (desired)
Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc. is a plus
Deep knowledge of demand generation mix including email marketing, direct mail, social media, paid social and advertising, events, webinars
Motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude, demonstrates high initiative and critical thinking, and thrives in complex fast-paced, results-driven environments
Strong project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What the job involves
Design and execute innovative and creative, multi-touch ABM programs from concept through execution including strategy, timeline, budget, campaign development, and campaign measurement that focus on demand generation and deal acceleration within our most strategic accounts to help achieve sales revenue goals
Deliver account research and analysis to drive ABM strategies and identify trends within target accounts
Align marketing and sales in building account profiles and buyer groups
Develop and maintain a database of target accounts and contacts to ensure campaigns are targeted to the right people
Work closely with the Content and Demand Gen team to update and leverage collaterals throughout the buyer journey
Collaborate with field marketing and multi-channel marketing teams to align ABM programs with other ongoing online and offline initiatives
Apply an experimental mindset to ABM campaigns to test, learn, and optimize
Measure, analyze, and report on program performance and the impact of ABM efforts monthly and quarterly
Provide routine campaign and content audits for target accounts and product lines or industries
