Who you are

  • Experience selling Optical, Dark Fibre, and Ethernet solutions to financial institutions
  • Delivering connectivity GTM strategies
  • Developing and winning profitable revenue with financial institutions
  • Working across and influencing at C-level
  • Achieving financial targets
  • Collaborating with product management and marketing to understand features, benefits, positioning, and pricing
  • Confident and tenacious salesperson with a firm grasp on the UK Telecoms market
  • Understanding of financial concepts, procurement behaviours, frameworks, and customer behaviours
  • Working within a large matrixed environment
  • Knowledge of strategic selling strategies like Miller Heiman, SPIN, TAS, Holden

What the job involves

  • Grow profitable revenue with existing financial institution customers and target new ones using market experience
  • Deliver connectivity GTM strategies to financial organizations
  • Work with Neos Product Development teams to create disruptive products and solutions
  • Influence at C-level and ensure financial targets focus on profitable revenue
