  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8-10+ years in a quota-carrying role with a track record of exceeding goals
  • Experience in digital banking or related field required
  • Strong relationship-building and opportunity-creation skills
  • Ability to reverse engineer business objectives and solve complex problems for customers
