- 8-10+ years in a quota-carrying role with a track record of exceeding goals

Day to day
- Carry your own sales quota within the North American team
- Deliver digital banking transformation with new customers
- Set objectives and achieve targets in a competitive fintech environment
- Build and maintain close relationships with clients to understand their business needs and establish buy-in at all levels
- Identify and qualify new enterprise software sales opportunities
- Effectively run a sales cycle to exceed your sales goals
