Requirements
- Mid to high ticket sales experience with deals from $30K to $130K+
- Ability to speak credibly with sophisticated high net worth buyers about major financial decisions
- Consultative selling approach with strong listening diagnosis and guidance skills
- Experience building pipeline through outbound as well as inbound leads
- Adaptability and process mindset for a sales motion without a fixed playbook
- HubSpot CRM proficiency and disciplined follow-up habits
- Self-directed accountability in a remote work environment
- Strong communication skills across phone video and in person
- Familiarity with ETA acquisition concepts such as SBA financing CIM LOI SDE and valuation

Day to day
- Guide webinar and inbound prospects through consultative conversations that build confidence and convert interest into signed clients.
- Develop the sales playbook in partnership with the Founder by testing approaches refining objection handling and shaping call frameworks in real time.
- Grow and manage the concierge pipeline through inbound leads website content outbound outreach and long-term follow-up while maintaining meticulous CRM discipline.
- Work across Marketing Operations and the Founder to improve lead quality messaging and client handoff as the sales motion evolves.
