Creatium

About CreatiumCreatium gives every employee a personal AI coach that teaches them, practices with them, and helps them get better results on the job. It works in three ways:
Teaching: interactive video lessons, multimedia coaches that generate visuals on the fly, and AI-made movies of 30 to 90 seconds.Practice: roleplays and simulations for the moments that matter - sales calls, negotiations, hard conversations, and management situations.Outcomes: customized AI tools people use on real tasks, with productivity gains of 3 to 10x across sales, marketing, operations, HR, and engineering.
Where we areSome of the top brands in the world, like Harvard, Accenture, and BCG, are seeing real results with Creatium.Content made with Creatium is used in 20% of US schools. We were the #2 Product of the Day on Product Hunt.HolonIQ and ASU+GSV named us one of the top edtech companies in the world.
The roleYou will own deals end to end: prospect, run discovery, demo the coach live, and close. Most of your buyers sit in L&D, enablement, sales training, or HR, and they care whether their teams actually change how they work, not just finish a course. You will be one of a small handful of AEs, so you get a real say in how we sell, what we build next, and which segments we chase. You will work directly with Deepak, our CEO.
What you will do Run your own pipeline from first touch to signed contract. Learn the product well enough to demo it and shape each demo around the buyer in the room. Sell to L&D, enablement, and HR leaders, and show them Creatium on their own use cases: onboarding, ramping sellers, practicing hard conversations. Bring the field back to us: what is landing, what is not, and what buyers keep asking for. Carry a quota, and help us define what good looks like this early.
What we are looking for 3 to 7 years selling B2B software, most of it as a closing AE with a quota. A track record you can walk us through: a deal you sourced, a deal you saved, a number you hit. You have sold to HR, L&D, enablement, or a similar workforce buyer, or it is clear you can. Time at a learning, HR-tech, or enablement company is a strong plus. You are comfortable being early. You do not need a finished playbook to get going, and you are happy to rewrite it when it is wrong. Based in the United States and able to sell to US buyers.
Nice to haveYou have carried a bag at a startup and know what building a sales motion from scratch feels like. You have sold an AI product, or you are genuinely curious about them.
