- 5–8+ years' full-cycle B2B sales experience in IT services consultancy or professional services
- Proven track record of winning new business and managing complex sales cycles
- Experience closing deals in the £150k–£1m+ range
- Strong commercial acumen with pricing and contract negotiation experience
- Confident engaging Director and C-suite stakeholders
- Ability to operate independently in a high-autonomy SME environment
- Working knowledge of a structured sales methodology such as MEDDICC
