- 4+ years working as an agency recruiter ideally recent or current
- SaaS or software sales experience is a bonus especially into recruitment staffing
- A real network and credibility in your city's recruitment scene

Day to day
- Own new business for your city from day one with a live pipeline already in place
- Run a short high-energy sales cycle across discovery demo and trial
- Work closely with the founding team and product function to shape go-to-market in your region
