Who you are
Has 4+ years of experience in account management in a marketing agency environment
Experience and understanding of Financial Services
Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Is a self-starter, extremely organised, and enjoys getting results
Is always challenging the status-quo and exploring new ways to deliver
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Works well as part of a wider team, always putting the team over the individual
Is able to work remotely with occasional travel for company and industry events
Ideally, you will also be someone who: Is familiar with HubSpot, Project Management tools and Google Workspace
Has set and reported on KPIs and/or OKRs
Is familiar with the most recent AI tooling and developments

What the job involves
Manage the day-to-day relationship with our most critical clients
Ensure the successful execution of the client’s strategy, by aligning on priorities and tracking deliverables to agreed deadlines
Develop detailed, comprehensives briefs for the wider team of contributors on the account, based on the scope of delivery and services
Structure the wider team of contributors and subject matter experts as required to meet client deliverables and execute on agreed strategy
Provide regular status reports to keep clients informed on project progress and key milestones including updates on timelines, budget status, performance metrics, and next steps
Update CRM and internal workflows with latest updates and activity for each account
Work with the account owners to understand and align on strategic objectives and direction and identify key contacts, success criteria, etc
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services into existing accounts
Escalate any issues or concerns pertaining to a specific account or delivery
Build relationships based on integrity, empathy, and predictability
