Requirements
- 5+ years in a quota-carrying closing role
- Consistent attainment or exceeding quota over multiple years
- Experience selling software or curriculum related to whole child development
- Experience supporting MTSS SEL College and Career Readiness or Behavior Support initiatives
- Ability to manage complex district stakeholders including superintendents curriculum directors and school boards
- Strong territory planning and independent pipeline management
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Strong relationship building skills
- Familiarity with K-12 systems
- Purpose alignment and persuasive communication

Day to day
- Own a defined territory and drive expansion of school and district partnerships
- Prospect strategically across districts by researching decision-makers and building a prioritized pipeline
- Hold meaningful conversations with prospective district partners and educators to explain purpose learning and move schools toward partnership
- Manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles and support schools through budgeting trainings invoicing and follow-up
- Visit potential district partners and build authentic long-lasting relationships while solving barriers to adoption
