Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • CPA preferred or in progress
  • 2-4 years accounting experience in industry public accounting or mixed
  • Hands-on month-end close experience including journal entries BS reconciliations and audit support
  • Strong attention to detail analytical skills and ownership mindset
  • Ability to prioritize under tight deadlines and work independently
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments
  • Experience with Sage Intacct Ramp Nominal Tesorio or Salesforce preferred

Day to day

  • Own month-end close tasks including journal entries supporting schedules and BS reconciliations
  • Perform P&L and balance sheet variance analyses and explain material fluctuations
  • Maintain thorough documentation support audits research US GAAP issues and improve accounting processes
