Requirements
- CIMA qualified part-qualified or Qualified by Experience
- Minimum five years accounting experience in a similar capacity
- Strong understanding of month-end processes and financial reporting
- Proficient Excel skills including data analysis and reporting
- Proficient with Dynamics 365
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills with non-finance stakeholders

Day to day
- Take ownership of the monthly financial reporting cycle and deliver accurate management accounts on time
- Oversee core finance processes across purchase ledger sales ledger payroll and cash management with strong controls
- Support business decision-making through variance analysis reporting packs and proactive operational finance support
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives that strengthen the wider finance function
