Requirements

  • Bachelors (or equivalent) in the Accounting field
  • Experience in ERP Financial and General Ledger Modules
  • Knowledge of both US GAAP and Local GAAP
  • A proven background in all aspects of financial Accounting
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)

Nice to have

  • Masters (or equivalent) in the Accounting field
  • International experience
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Excel
  • Knowledge in SAP
  • A second European language

Day to day

  • Prepare journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts
  • Support the monthly close in accordance with US GAAP while ensuring proper maintenance of statutory financials. This includes interfacing with corporate accounting external accounting firms and external auditors.
  • Support the external provider with the preparation of statutory accounts VAT and Tax returns and completion of SOX and External Audits
  • Prepare flux analysis and comment on variances
  • Support the EMEA Finance strategy of operational excellence and continuous process improvement
