Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 to 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong experience with month-end close and general accounting
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP
- Exposure to lease accounting ASC 842
- Experience working within ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment
- CPA or CPA-eligible preferred

Day to day
- Own key monthly quarterly and annual close activities ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Prepare and review journal entries account reconciliations and financial schedules with strong attention to detail
- Analyze balance sheet and operational accounts investigate discrepancies and support process improvements ERP enhancements and cross functional initiatives
