Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in BPO Shared Services or Global Consulting
- Advanced proficiency in global accounting and payroll systems
- Strong understanding of US GAAP IFRS and international labor and tax laws
- Expert-level Excel or Google Sheets including Power Query and data modeling
- Ability to manage high-volume transaction data
- Experience with intercompany billing and transfer pricing

Day to day
- Manage the month-end billing between global offices and ensure intercompany service fees are recorded accurately.
- Partner with HR and Operations to reconcile payroll across geographies and analyze cost per seat and utilization rates.
- Oversee revenue recognition, statutory compliance, audit coordination, and budgeting for a high-volume global service delivery model.
