Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or Business
  • At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience
  • At least 2 years of month-end close experience
  • At least 2 years of payroll management experience
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and nonprofit accounting principles
  • Proficiency in SAGE Intacct and Google Sheets preferred
  • Experience with payroll applications such as Insperity preferred
  • Ability to support internal controls audit and budgeting processes
  • Strong communication and adaptability across multiple stakeholders

Day to day

  • Manage U.S. accounts payable receivable payroll and cash disbursements with accuracy and timeliness

  • Support global financial reporting audit preparation budgeting and process improvements across U.S. and international teams
