- Strong reconciliation and documentation discipline
- Experience working in an ERP preferably NetSuite
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving remote environment

Day to day
- Own month-end close workstreams end-to-end across multiple entities and deliver accurate journals reconciliations schedules and variance explanations
- Maintain audit-ready working papers with clear support for every number and resolve mystery balances quickly
- Manage bank and cash reconciliations across many accounts troubleshoot billing AP and revenue recognition issues and improve controls and SOPs
