Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of accounting experience in public accounting outsourced accounting or similar client-facing environment
  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
  • Comfortable owning client relationships and communicating clearly in writing and on calls
  • Experience reviewing bookkeeper work and coaching on corrections
  • Able to produce and present financial statements cash projections and budgets
  • Based in or near the Lehigh Valley PA area for quarterly in-person meetups

Nice to have

  • CPA license
  • Active CPA candidate
  • Small business client experience
  • Professional services experience
  • Law firm accounting experience
  • Karbon familiarity

Day to day

  • Lead a pod of clients end to end and own their month-end close, reporting, and advisory support.
  • Review bookkeeper work, coach corrections, and ensure deliverables are accurate, timely, and polished.
  • Build client relationships through proactive calls, financial insights, cash projections, budgets, forecasts, and tax prep support.
