Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Required
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience preferably in a multi-location service-based industry
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close accounting experience
- Experience with NetSuite Financials or similar ERP strongly preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Day to day
- Manage monthly quarterly and annual close activities with precision and timeliness
- Prepare journal entries reconciliations and financial schedules to support accurate reporting
- Analyze revenue expenses debt cash and fixed asset activity while supporting audits and ad hoc analysis
