Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA EA or CMA required
- 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience including senior or lead-level responsibilities
- Advanced Excel including modeling and complex formulas macros preferred
- Strong ERP system experience
- Exceptional problem-solving and data analysis capabilities
- Ability to translate complex financial data for non-finance stakeholders

Day to day
- Oversee complex financial operations and ensure accurate high-level reporting
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes with precision and accountability
