Requirements
- 3-6 years experience in accounting or finance
- Degree-qualified in accounting finance or similar
- Experience with revenue billing invoicing or reconciliation
- Experience in fast-moving ambiguous or unstructured environments
- Comfortable with multi-party or performance-based revenue flows
- Strong grasp of AP AR and month-end close
- Comfortable owning processes end-to-end and accountable for outcomes
- High attention to detail and focus on accuracy
- Ability to identify issues and resolve discrepancies independently
- Track record of improving processes and reducing manual work
- Experience with accounting tools such as Xero QuickBooks or similar
- Clear and direct communicator

Day to day
- Own end-to-end revenue billing and reconciliation across advertisers and partners ensuring accuracy traceability and completeness
- Manage accounts payable and expense workflows with clean reliable processes that capture approvals and payments on time
- Support month-end close maintain current books and deliver clear investor-ready reporting with the Fractional CFO
- Oversee US payroll and compliance hygiene while improving finance systems and reducing manual work
