Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-3 years of progressive accounting experience
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Proficiency in G-Suite for Business Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in QuickBooks Sage Intacct and Bill.com a plus
- Strong attention to detail accuracy interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects within tight timeframes
- Adept at utilizing Agentic AI applications

Day to day
- Maintain financial oversight within the Finance department and support a smooth monthly close cycle.
- Prepare month-end journal entries, supporting schedules, and account reconciliations with accuracy and care.
- Manage AP and AR workflows including billing, collections, vendor payments, expense reports, bank activity, credit card transactions, and sales tax reporting.
