Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related field required
- CPA strongly preferred
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience in private equity-backed or high-growth environments
- Public accounting experience ideally with a Big 4 firm highly preferred
- Strong hands-on revenue accounting experience with in-depth ASC 606 knowledge
- SaaS subscription recurring revenue or technology industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Experience working with cloud-based ERP systems NetSuite and Avalara preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities work independently and thrive in a dynamic evolving environment

Day to day
- Lead month-end and year-end close activities with precision and accuracy
- Own complex revenue recognition work across subscription recurring revenue and professional services streams
- Partner with accounting leadership to strengthen controls improve processes and support financial reporting
