Requirements
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and judgment
- Experience with historical books cleanup reconciliations and chart of accounts design
- Ability to manage onboarding engagements end-to-end with strong project management
- Client-facing communication skills with founders and operators
- Experience configuring QBO Bill.com Gusto and related tools
- Ability to identify escalate and resolve accounting risks and blockers
- Attention to detail and ability to produce fully documented work
- Ability to work within onboarding SLAs and coordinate handoffs

Day to day
- Own end-to-end onboarding engagements and transform complex client financial environments into clean scalable accounting systems.
- Lead discovery calls recurring check-ins and direct client communication while coordinating document collection setup and remediation plans.
- Configure QBO Bill.com Gusto and connected tools execute cleanup reconciliations and hand off fully documented books and workflows to the Accounting Services team.
