Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 4 or more years of AP experience and month end close
• Understanding of GAAP and/or financial statement presentation
• Experience with NetSuite, Zip, and Expensify, or similar systems
• Strong organizational and verbal/written English communication skills
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Experience managing multiple projects with minimal direction
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, deadline driven, and results-oriented
• Problem solver with a can-do attitude
• Strong teamwork skills and desire to drive changes
• Experience with MS Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup, etc.), able to work with large data sets and build reports

What the job involves

• Managing AP processes, credit card transactions, and accruals
• Recording vendor invoices in NetSuite AP module
• Processing payments via ACH, wires, for domestic and international vendors
• Reviewing and monitoring employee business expense reports
• Managing Zip “Procure to Pay” system and documentation
• Processing credit card transactions
• Preparing monthly accruals
• Managing and reconciling Prepaids
• Performing monthly close activities and Flux Analysis
• Recording Foreign Transaction Fees on international expenses
• Assisting with audit and ad hoc support requests
• Managing AP KPIs and ad hoc reporting and analytics projects
