Remote Senior Analyst, Finance Operations Job in Atlanta Metropolitan Circle

Who you are

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Information Systems (CIS), or a related field
• 4+ years of relevant work experience, ideally supporting finance transformation, operations, or consulting
• Understanding of finance operations, including core finance processes and systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding analytical skill, with a passion for metrics and data
• Organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated, proactive, and skilled in problem-solving and multitasking
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to new challenges
• Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite

• You will support the design and optimization of finance processes as the organization scales
• You will work directly with Finance and cross-functional teams to enable the design and rollout of Finance transformation and automation
• You will contribute change management activities and training efforts for new finance systems and processes
