Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in a data analyst role
- Strong SQL skills
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation automation and analysis
- Experience with modern BI and product analytics tools such as Power BI Amplitude Looker or equivalent
- Track record of delivering analysis across multiple source systems such as CRM product finance and marketing
- Ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely to senior non-technical audiences
- Experience working within a metric governance process
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and making reasonable assumptions explicit

Day to day
- Own the analytical relationship between the central data hub and a business function, acting as both analyst and trusted partner.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models that drive decisions, ensuring accuracy, freshness, and usability.
- Translate ambiguous questions into clear analytical frameworks, surface cross-functional insights, and help shape scalable data practices.
