Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in a data analyst role
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python for data manipulation automation and analysis
- Experience with modern BI and product analytics tools such as Power BI Amplitude Looker or equivalent
- Track record of combining data from multiple source systems to answer complex business questions
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to senior non-technical audiences in writing verbally and visually
- Experience working within a metric governance process including definitions ownership and conflict resolution
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and delivering useful outputs before perfect data exists
- Demonstrated use of AI coding agents and LLM-assisted tools as a core part of analytical workflow

Day to day
- Own the analytical partnership between the central data hub and a business function, turning ambiguous questions into clear frameworks and actionable insight.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models that are accurate, fresh, and easy for stakeholders to use.
- Define the operating model for analytics within the function, including metric ownership, SLAs, escalation paths, and documentation standards.
