Remote Senior Analyst of Operational and Financial Performance Job in Washington DC-Baltimore CAVA

Who you are

• 5+ years of analyst experience with '4-wall' financials & operations, ideally in restaurant or multi-unit retail business
• Proficiency in data manipulation, Excel, data-warehouse environments (SQL), statistics, and coding languages
• Experience with Tableau/PowerBI
• Project management experience
• Knowledge of restaurant/retail operations including analyzing P&L statements, labor management, inventory management, training, development, risk mitigation, and facilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with tight deadlines
• Ability to lead communications to all levels in the organization

• Analyze multiple streams of unstructured data, create reports/insights, find opportunities for process improvement, and develop innovative tools/solutions for actionable information for restaurant teams and leadership.
• Build a mind-set of Accountability & Service across Regional Restaurant teams, working with cross-functional internal and external partners as a voice for Restaurant Operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage data and insights for strategic goals, drive improvements across systems and data sources, and present analysis to Leadership, highlighting key insights and trends.
