Who you are

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics or a related field
  • Proven ability to influence product roadmaps with data-driven insights
  • Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and contributing to a collaborative environment
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with dashboarding tools
  • Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Desirables

  • Familiarity with Python or R
  • Experience working in scrum teams within an agile environment



What the job involves

  • Proactively explore the 'why' behind user behavior, feature usage, and new product launch performance
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on our Product teams
  • Develop comprehensive user archetypes by analyzing content consumption, product feature usage, device type, and other demographic data
  • Create and monitor KPIs and dashboards to track product performance, including new product launches
  • Analyze A/B and multivariate tests
  • Craft engaging narratives about emerging trends in our user base and traffic patterns
  • Maintain strong relationships with our Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Product Marketing, and other teams
