Requirements
- 5-7 years in analytics and BI supporting stakeholders and delivering reporting solutions
- Strong SQL with complex queries window functions CTEs and production performance awareness
- Hands-on Apache Superset experience including dashboard development dataset setup user management and semantic layer familiarity
- Snowflake experience including query development data modeling for reporting and warehouse operations
- Data engineering fundamentals with ETL or ELT pipeline construction and data quality understanding
- Documentation discipline for requirements stakeholder alignment and structured reporting on findings
- Applied GenAI in analytics with hands-on experience in at least one use case such as text-to-SQL LLM-assisted reporting or AI-generated narratives
- AI standards and governance experience including prompt templates output standards or AI usage policies

Day to day
- Assess current analytics and reporting capabilities across tools data sources and business use cases and recommend improvements to leadership
- Facilitate stakeholder discovery sessions prioritize reporting requests and document current-state data flows reporting logic and analytical gaps
- Administer Superset build dashboards maintain datasets support users and develop SQL transformations and lightweight ELT pipelines
- Partner on BI architecture intake processes reporting backlogs and AI-assisted analytics standards for scalable repeatable delivery
