Who you are

  • 6+ years of experience in Application/Production Support
  • Proficiency in AWS CloudFormation Grafana Jenkins Nexus Git Python Ruby Bash and various databases like MySQL Dynamo DB Mongo DB
  • Ability to integrate disparate vendor systems/products supporting business-critical functions
  • Strong background in QA and production support monitoring solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders across Production Support Engineering DevOps and Product

What the job involves

  • Define scalable application & infrastructure monitoring frameworks for improved production efficiency
  • Implement alerting systems for severity exceptions and automate help channel responses
  • Conduct in-depth investigations for Level 1 tickets and be the primary contact for Level 2 escalations
  • Document and train production support staff in solution implementation & maintenance
  • Serve as a link between Financial Assistants and engineering teams to address and prioritize issues
  • Participate in root cause analysis and production deployments to ensure smooth client services
