Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with 8-10 years of experience required.
- Strong knowledge of Sonoco's business or experience in a similar manufacturing setting.
- Proficient with Oracle, Hyperion Planning, Onestream, and EFI Radius.
- Excellent communication skills and strong aptitude in product costing and financial analysis.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

Day to day
- Partner with business unit leaders to develop FP&A solutions to exceed performance targets.
- Support strategic planning, KPI analysis, and drive quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting.
- Oversee performance reporting and manage variance and profitability analyses.
- Lead and support both internal and external audit processes through effective financial oversight.
- Transform large data sets to provide actionable financial insights.
