What the job involves
As the primary support and engineering contact for Azure, you drive resolution of complex problems and support key projects.
Collaborate with field teams and Azure engineering teams to enhance customer experience and turn customers into fans.
Conduct health checks, provide deployment guidance, and act as point of contact throughout the solution’s lifecycle, ensuring an optimized customer environment and resolving immediate issues.
