Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years experience in software industry experience related to technology
4+ years of experience delivering solutions and support to enterprise customers
Experience managing and leading highly technical teams in a fast-paced environment
1+ years experience with cloud computing technologies
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and / or government security screening requirements, including specialized security screenings, Microsoft Cloud Background Check
Desirables
Knowledge of modern engineering practices such as Agile, Lean
Passion and focus on delivering the right customer experience
Ability to recruit and develop global teams
Ability to innovate and drive change
Ability to build deep relationships with internal teams and customers
Effective communication skills with executive presence, including the ability to hold CxO and BDM level discussions
What the job involves
Lead a high-performing team that directly supports top Azure customers and resolve critical and complex technical issues in a 24x7x365 environment
Champion and advocate for customers' issues to engineering teams and develop innovative solutions
Build a team culture that thrives on customer obsession, focusing on delighting customers and predicting future issues
Work closely with Azure engineering teams to support customers and optimize support capabilities
Foster an environment for onboarding support engineers with the right balance of technical depth and breadth
Attract and build a diverse, high-performing team with capabilities needed to achieve current and future business objectives
Build and develop Azure Cloud Technical Subject Matter Expertise to effectively address complex problems
