Remote Senior Backend Engineer, Wallet Job in San Francisco, CA Coinbase

Who you are

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or systems engineering
• Developed and shipped features of core backend systems at massive scale
• Familiar with current trends and best practices in infrastructure and systems design
• Write high quality, well tested and maintainable code

Desirables

• Comfortable with Golang, Geth, Foundry, Solidity, or other crypto tools
• Contributed to open source crypto projects
• Familiar with Kubernetes or cloud providers such as AWS or GCP

What the job involves

• Building and maintaining backend Golang systems that power the Wallet and apps built on Base
• Working with Kubernetes and Cloud services to automate and maintain critical blockchain infrastructure
• Engaging in research and prototyping of groundbreaking ideas to improve efficiency and scalability of blockchain clients
