Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science mathematics HIM analytics statistics or 4 years BI work experience
  • Experience with Epic Reporting tools like Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, Cogito SQL
  • Experience with BI tools like Microsoft Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau
  • Experience with report writing tools like Microsoft SSRS, SAP Business Objects, Crystal Reports, or Cognos
  • Epic Certifications – Cogito Fundamentals, Caboodle Data Model Fundamentals, Clarity Data Model Fundamentals, Access/Clinical/Revenue Data Model
  • Experience with Microsoft SSIS
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Healthcare analytic experience
  • Knowledge of clinical workflow in hospital, ambulatory, and post-acute environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management best practices
  • Ability to plan and manage simultaneous tasks and projects
  • High degree of professionalism, enthusiasm, and initiative
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
