Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping or Client Accounting Services experience
- Experience managing multiple client relationships
- Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online QuickBooks Desktop preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation reconciliations payroll sales tax and month-end close
- Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills

Day to day
- Manage a recurring portfolio of clients across multiple industries while serving as their primary bookkeeping contact
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping including ledger maintenance reconciliations payroll and month-end close with accuracy
- Review team work coach colleagues and help improve processes to deliver timely audit-ready financial reporting
